To make a Double Pizza superior-quality pizza, you have to start with a superior-quality foundation. Our great-tasting pizza is made from superior-quality dough produced daily in each restaurant, so it is always fresh, never frozen, using high-protein flour that gives our crust a consistently hearty flavour and texture in each bite.

Our pizza sauce, which is also made daily in each restaurant, begins and ends with superior-tasting, fresh tomatoes, picked at the peak of their ripeness and canned within hours, producing a just-picked fresh tomato flavour. Our sauce contains only natural ingredients - fresh tomatoes, trans-fat free canola oil, a pinch of sugar and salt, herbs and spices.

The green peppers, mushrooms and onions used on our pizzas are always crisp and flavourful because they are purchased in Quebec local markets and sliced fresh at our restaurants. Double Pizza would never use vacuum-packed, pre-cut or frozen vegetables on our pizzas. Only the freshest, best-tasting first quality vegetables are good enough for any of our customers!

The crowning glory of every pizza is, of course, the cheese.  Double Pizza uses a special one hundred percent Mozzarella partially skim-milk cheese that was developed by the leading Quebec dairy producer that gives each pizza a delicious-looking golden glow that tastes as great as it looks!
