Generally we are looking for dynamic individuals with great people skills and highly motivated personalities. Each person will have to go through a training session. The training period varies and can take up to 6 months, depending on the level of experience of each person. Training periods will not only teach our new franchisees the art of making pizzas and other foods, but it will also help them familiarize themselves with our system and operational modes.
